Pathetic after sales service. They ignore my calls, do not follow-up as promised and left the job incomplete.

Very good service and very professional. Started raining during my gate motor Installation. Gentlemen stayed om premise and waited for the rain to pass to finish and test everything.

Great work done. Went the extra mile. Worked until 8:30 to complete the job that should have taken 2 days. Worksmanship is very good.

At first no response. Got a competitor to fix my gate motor who ripped me off with R2000 over charge. Champion would never have done this (based on previous work done for me). Unfortunately they responded a bit late.

Felix came to install a gate motor , a month later it was not working. When I asked him to come and repair he kept ignoring my calls, my husband’s call and our assistants calls. He is highly unreliable and a thief because we are stuck with a gate motor that doesn’t work and we have to get help elsewhere.

Felix came out to replace my gate motor. He sent me a video of the gate working so i paid him. When I went to inspect after having some complaints that the gate was malfunctioning, it turned out he didn’t replace the tracks he charged me for. Now he ignores my calls and whatsapps.DO NOT USE.Side note, after placing review they contacted me assuring me they would come out today to complete the installation, they again did not keep their word, and did not contact to cancel or postpone

We received amazing service from Felix. He was willing to come out at very short notice, and then an hour before he was due to arrive I had to let him know that we had load shedding. He was completely understanding and said I could just let him know when the power is back on. He also followed up with me during the day to get an update on the power. He fixed the gate motor same day at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Felix to anyone. Thank you Felix, you are great.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER FOR MY FAMILY & I !!!!My family & I were stuck outside the gate for hours, had to make a plan to open the gate. I called and I was told technicians will come and they never came (Thursday). Called again (Friday & Sat) to be told they only work Mon-Fri not weekends. On Monday I called again, told the same thing technicians will be there after 3pm and they never came and when I call my calls are now not being answered.Today it’s Tuesday 25/10/2022 no help from them yet!WORST SERVICE EVER! It’s not even a year having this electronic gate.

I've been having a problem with my gate which Felix installed since December 2021. I contacted Felix and he promised me that he was coming to look at the problem but he did not come. i contacted him again and he did not answer my call. I contacted him couple of times thereafter using different numbers he answered at first since he could not recognize the number, each time made an empty promise and when i called again no answer. Even when i send a whatsup I do not get any response. He is very quick to install but there is no after installation service. I am really disappointed especially since i recommended him to other people after my installation.
