Deceitful! Beware! Zero after care service! Poor workmanship – gutters not hung plumb with elbow and down pipes. Zero replies to our WhatsApps, calls or mails. Then found that the material was not the Colour Colorlume High Performance exterior finish we contracted, but a spray painted colour. Not what we contracted. Beware! Luckily we did not pay them as we reported the poor workmanship the very day of the installation - December 10. No contact to date from them! Subsequently - probably due to this review, they have been in touch. February 6, they replaced the spray painted parts and corrected the Colorlume product. With the correct COMMUNICATION there might have been a better understanding.

BEWARE!! I used Easy Flow. Worst Experience. To Annemarie there is no place for poor attitude, sarcasm, rudeness, dismissive, combative remarks. There are many other companies out there with the same product and delivering a great customer experience.To the owner, I tired to get your contact but Annemarie gave me the wrong number - a young girl answered, sniggered and said wrong nr. I have a sneaky suspicion it is related to Annemarie whose behavior effectively cost Easy flow 2 homes to do installations for. Please make your staff aware that their behavior can sink your business and worst leave them jobless. More so now and Especially during a time where we have options. I sincerely hope you address this - Customer should never be treated in this way.

Initial service to install gutters was really impressive, but when I got them in for a minor roof repair, the service was real slow and average.

I had a very good experience with Easy Flow Gutters. Good communication and on time. Work done and very neatly done. I will highly recommend them.

I placed an order with EASYFLOW and paid the deposit on 17 February 2020 and now almost three months later, the work has still not been completed and some of the worksmanship is very poor. They show up late afternoons and then do a rush job. They do not communicate with you at all and you are the one that has to constantly follow up. This has been a terrible experience.

Requested service, waited a week and phoned in. Promises was made ... almost 2 weeks further down the line nothing , no call niks, nada. Then logged a complaint on Hello Peter and got a mail apologizing saying they will get back to me... it's a week ago. They are a joke to the industry. Think twice, if service is of this standard imagine the actual work they will do NOOOOO

Our Easy Flow gutters lasted 10 plus years.Would not have taken them down if we did not want to harvest our water with pvc gutters

Beware! Awful communication. Initial work was done on a weekend which I loved, however the work was not properly completed and took forever to reschedule. When they did reschedule the guys rocked up and then proceeded to do nothing, including not fixing the mistakes they made the first time. Expect to project manage everything yourself because they cannot communicate internally. Of course they sent me the bill claiming all work has been finished, yet I've not signed anything saying it was complete. Numerous attempts to contact them myself on both their landlines and cellphone have been ignored.

I am very disappointed with the after care service received from Easyflow gutters. My initial experience was fantastic, but that was followed up with extremely poor workmanship and customer care service. I had requested for an addition to be made to our gutters I was advised I would not be billed for the addition(this was not requested by us). Instead of being grateful - I should have known that this was going to lead to trouble. The men on site did not advise me that it would not match the existing design that was done by Easyflow, nor that they would be butchering the existing work. I am left with a leaking, unsightly gutter ! After informing the owner via email of the problem , I was advised that it would be rectified.That was on the 11 Feb 2019. It is now 28 May 2019 , and after countless emails and calls to Easyflow, including visits to their offices - NO ONE has come to assess or correct the mess I am left with. No feedback or solution provided after been informed by staff at the offices that the owner is well aware of the problem. I am now left with having to find an alternate company to correct the poor workmanship as it is quiet clear - that Easyflow is not interested in aftercare service.

I ordered them for gutter installation.They could not install the corner properly.One corner is tilted Vs roof. Two corners are leaking from day one. They came to repair it after continuous follow up of 6 months, but still leaking. Very bad workmanship. I called owner, sent photos but no action.
