A Fidelity vehicle skipped a stop street and knocked our vehicle. They escalated the matter to their management and they refused to pay even after video footage was provided. A pathetic bunch of imbecils to say the least.

Due to lack of knowledge the fidelity security gaurds two embaressed and even argued with me. One at entrance and one in edgars regarding my service dog. I am eplepsy sufferer being embaressed after my service dog took me from a broken flikkering light that is a trigger for a seizure coming up to me and causing scene after waterfallmall management had already notified them the animal was coming in with us and hasball its gear on. Your gaurds made me embaressed and hurt and had to be told by mall management to stop it is allowed and they should step away. It was not necessary and the amount of stress that was put on myaelf and my animal was uncalled for. Mabey if they knew these animals are not pets they are there to prevent me from hurting myself when i am unconscious and warn me to sit down. Yes these animals can pick up before a seizure is going to happen if people actually had more training and knowledge they would understand what they did was inhumane. She did not bother anyone she was protecting her handler and not even one bark mabey then i would i not feel im unable to leave my house because i am judged for something out of my control. Something i never asked for or enjoy and am already so embarrassed about they would not have done this. I am not broken nor am i someone who should be made to feel i cant leave my house or even live my life because society and people loke fidelity dont accept it.
