West Coast Clutch & Brake

Left my car for front disc skimming at 10:15 this morning, just after load shedding started. They also had to check out the problem with my hand brake. At 13:15 I still hadno feedbsck so I phonedand was told that my car woul be up the lift in the next hour.. By this time I did not see my way open to wsit any longer as this would bring me back home kn Melkbos very late...iftoday. So I collected my car and left.Friendly service...but not very effivient

I gave them a rating of 3. I relied on them to handle a crucial situation. While they performed well in managing my clutches, they overlooked tightening some screws, resulting in unpleasant noises in my car. I had to spend additional money to identify the actual problem. I deduct 2 stars from their rating solely due to their failure to properly tighten the screws.

Absolutely amazing service from this company especially from Kayla, helpful, friendly and outstanding from the first contact. Will always recommend you and your company to anyone who asks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was especially impressed with their credibility. One prime example that happened... My father's cars clutch cable snapped. I went to 3 other places and the quotes were between R1000-R1800. I took the car to West Coast Clutch & Brake. They spotted that the cable could be repaired which cost R97 and R380 for labour (which is a very good price for labour considering how difficult it was to remove and refit the cable).So as far as I'm concerned that is the only place that I'll be taking my car to and refer my friends and family to.

Incredible service. Super friendly staff. Extremely professional and efficient. Got my clutch replaced in my car. Got my car back within a day and very reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend.

I recommend them a thousand times and more !!!So friendly, with fast and high quality service, and are well priced to boot :) They explained what they did on my clutch as well as explaining work that may need to be done in future - without trying to push me to get it done, rather just for my own knowledge (which has helped me plan for it). They know what they’re talking about and do the work efficiently and with care ! Couldn’t be happier !

West Coast Clutch & Brake in Montague Gardens, provided the best service I've experienced in 30 years of driving cars. Our clutch was knackered, so I called them just before 17:00 on Thursday before a long weekend (following Tuesday was a public holiday), they sent me a quote and confirmed availability of posts the following morning (Friday) before 10am. I dropped the car on Wednesday morning after the public holiday, and collected it the next day in the morning with new clutch, slave cylinder, and gear mount (had been dodgy). They provided photos of all the defective partsExcellent communication. Excellent service. Great price.

they were open, honest, friendly and efficient. unfortunately they were fully booked when I arrived but they gave me a temporary fix in the meantime. would come again
