I went through the drive thru and ordered under 5 items and have been waiting close to 15 minutes in the parking lot, yet other people behind me got their orders. A drive thru is meant to be quick and efficient.

One of the worst I have been to. They could not cope with peak hour. My order was completely wrong. The gravy was messed all over in my bag, no time to rectify. Had to wait 40 minutes for 2 fully loaded box meals. Not impressed.

KFC steeldale manager your store it's written that it opens at 7am and I just came from your store and I am being told that they don't open at 7am. Friday the 26th I was there to buy my kids lunch at 7am and they were opened and I was assisted. Please clarify what time your store opens so that I can buy somewhere else if they don't open early.

The food was okay, not exactly what I expected to be honest, the wrap I got was practically half, there were zero lettuce hardly any tomato, drenched in sauce, so eventually the wrap got all soggyI think the staff have ADD alot of them just can't seem to focus in the orders they need to complete

Twice now while waiting for my order it's lost 30 minutes later total waste of time.The drive through is a joke as you must park one side and wait for your order.Totally unorganized

Every time I buy food here, it's regrettable.. wings are my favorite but the ones here are really bad. It's overfried, it has no spice, it's hard, it can literally give you a cut, and too tiny. Please don't overfry food.

This is the worse KFC I've ever tasted in my entire life! Dry old meat and even smells funny too and not enough spiced it's just dry chicken. As for the soup. I can't even begin to talk about it. It was just water.

One of the slowest fast food outlets I've been too. Unfortunately I keep coming back because it's closer to home . Whether drive through or going inside, I'm almost always prepared to wait a good 30min plus per visit, Month end or not.Friendly staff nonetheless.The new installed system also not working, adding on to the frustration
