Babies R Us Baywest Mall
On Saterday the 21 Nov i was standing in the que. The store manager, were actually extremely rude to two lady customers. When a third customer wanted her attention, she was rudely told that she must wait because she is busy. I actualy put down my items and decided that if a manageress with that attitude towards customers is in charge, i would rather do bussiness elsewhere. Where customers are still important. You should seriously invest in training your management.
