Dance for Parkinson's South Africa
This is a truly an awesome programme for those suffering with Parkinson's Disease. I teach the programme and have witnessed the difference it makes to those who attend. Some have told me that it does more for them than their medication does. Others have said that it makes their lives so much more bearable and sharing with others in the same predicament makes the burden so much lighter.

Having joined classes and done the teacher's training course l am blown away by the difference music and movement make such a wonderful impact on each and every participant.Week by week I have observed the joy and improvement of the brave Parkinsons dancer. It makes me happy to belong to what can only be described as a loving family.
