Reflections Day Spa

Firstly, the main reason I even bought the deal from FOMO was because of the attractive reviews I saw on google. I am not one to say anything if I do not have anything nice" to say but I felt as though this needed to be addressed because clearly this Spa has great potential and I was really looking forward to experiencing what all the good reviewers on here experienced. This might help lower the expectations of the next potential visitor to this establishment

Firstly I would just like to say I had been gifted with this massage voucher from FOMO and had an expectation of what I would have loved to have been a pleasant experience.When I had walked into the spa I was approached in a very disrespectful manner with no kindness nor a greeting. I was just ordered where to go. Just when I arrived to the room , abruptly I was told to get undressed and lay on the table.My appointment was for 9:30am , I was awaiting my Masseuse to attend to me but when I looked at the time it was 9:45 and no massage had occurred. I got up to go and ask for assistance on where my Masseuse was , when I suddenly got a surprise to cockroaches walking below the massage bed.Disgusted to say the least. When I walked out wrapped in a towel, I saw no staff and no one to assist me. At last I had come across a staff member who did not only disrespect me but belittled me as a first time client. Got told that I should “ just wait , I’m not gonna help you , I have a session” verbatim.At this point I went back to the room put my clothes on and left. I am currently communicating with the owner as an apology does not do justice to what I have experienced. I have only been but kind to the staff to be answered in a tone which is not the way you speak to people.Everybody has different experiences but first impressions last forever. Therefore I would not recommend or advise anybody to book a massage here. You never know what you are going to get. I am no business expert but you can at least train your staff to have manners and respect.To the owner: A MapiraPlease do better in the future. This is unfortunate how my experience turned out. I don’t wish it on the next person.

Amazing atmosphere and wonderful service. I went two weeks ago for their couples' massage special and my partner and I were blown away. From Andy who took our reservation to our masseuses Amanda and Louise; every point of reference was wonderful and so professional. The massage itself was so relaxing and amazingly affordable; we had to uber home and then slept for three hours!! A small Spa that deserves plenty of support to grow and expand!!f

Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our massage, head massage and facial. Body felt good the next day and it wasn't sore. The owner can upgrade the beds, my mom fell when she got on the bed only to see afterwards that the bed was standing on bricks 1st time I ever experienced a massage bed on bricks.

I bought a deluxe couples massage off of the fomo app. Let me tell you, it felt that I had died and gone to heaven. Extremely professional and well trained. Highly recommend

I went with my partner for a full body massage and facial. Memoryand Trish were our massage therapist and they were amazing. We truly enjoyed our treatment i even fell asleep during the treatment. Thank you so much Ladies, we can't wait to book again.

I had a lovely experience with my sister. We received a very friendly, warm welcome upon our arrival. We were then offered some water. It would be great it there were more options even if it meant it being an extra cost. A glass of wine or a cup of tea would be. The attending masseuses then came to introduce themselves and asked how we would like the intensity of the massage to be and if there were any areas they should focus more on. Every single procedure would be described or explained before being carried out which is great communication. The overall service was excellent and I will definitely be making a return on a regular basis in future.

In April I visited their branch in Somerset West. Got lost in communication but the ladies were very patient and assisted me in getting what I needed.Yesterday I figured why not try the Cape Town branch and get to meet the lady behind it all.Absolutely loved it. Great communication, the massage was perfectly executed, walked out feeling lighter than we did when coming in.

The therapist I had today was awesome. She knew exactly how much pressure to use and how to get the knots out. The facial was unbelievable too. Can defs recomend the treatments.I feel the owner can make a few cosmetic changes to elevate the ambience to meet the quality of the treatments. Thanks again...
