PostNet Queensburgh

My mom and dad went to get 3 pages e mailed to an address which they gave the 2 gentleman helping them. Paid 11 rand and left. Get home no e mail ? Read reviews asking to update phone no can see why not done . Service not good at all.

Dear OwnerPlease update your times on the web to the time that's shown on the door.I had the unpleasant experience of travelling to PostNet in Queensburgh just to print a document at 4:30 after seeing online that its stated to close at 6 p.m.You can understand my annoyance to then learn that the store closes at 1 p.m instead.This is not a personal attack. My only wish is that you update your online times to as to avoid others experiencing the same situation.

Hi there.I went up to Postnet this afternoon, after checking your business hours (on Google you have your hours as 8am to 6pm on a Saturday), and I see your store was closed? Instead, apparently you close at 1pm, yet online it says 6pm?!It is very annoying having to go all the way into Malvern to collect a parcel, and then finding that the store is closed!I would highly suggest that you update your business hours shown online, as I see I am not the only one to have had this issue!Having the correct business hours shown online would save quite a few more annoyed customers!

If I had known each Postnet had their own owner" I would not have chosen Queensburg. We had sent a package - my mum had lost the slip. Keanu was the most unfriendly person

The staff here are always helpful, friendly and efficient. I have been here over 4 times in this year and each experience is just as good. Keep up the good work!

Poor service. Was not contacted by PostNet when they were supposed to notify me that my Police Clearance could be couriered back to me. I had to go the store for a fourth time almost 6 weeks after informing Postnet that my Police Clearance had been finalized to find out that they had forgotten about it.

Second time they forgot to forward a parcel .normally helpful.dealt with new staff on 26 September 2022.

I baught two rc cars. Both was send on the same day. I got the one yesterday. Today if i do tracking, it shows my parcell is in Cape town. Please explean that! Im from Northen Cape as indicated by my address on my parcell. PPA50553234279

I recently visited PostNet Queensburgh in search of a quote for some printing work. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I was met with nothing but unhelpful and rude behavior from the staff.Each time I approached them for help, they seemed uninterested in providing any useful information or guidance. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like my business wasn't valued or appreciated. The staff's unprofessional attitude made the entire process a struggle, leaving me with no choice but to look for printing services elsewhere.I expected a much higher level of customer service from a reputable company like PostNet. This location has severely let me down, and I cannot recommend it to anyone in need of printing services. Save yourself the time and frustration - go elsewhere for your printing needs
