After making an appointment for my daughter and myself for my daughter's matric ball. Arrived only to find that they could not do what I wanted even though I confirmed ( in detail) via the telephone with Tiah. The staff were not proactive and offered me no solution. Called the owner Jen and left a message with her secretary. To date I have not received a call from her or an apology

I have been a client of Carlton’s since they opened their doors in Blue Route Every time I visit I receive the same friendly professional treatment. I have also noticed that all the clients are treated with the same love, care, professionalism and respect. Sandra is at the helm and leading by example. They really go out of their way to give the client, who is at the centre of their care, a memorable experience. In addition the products used are of a high quality. Thank you to everyone at Carlton’s Blue Route. I commend you.

Highly recommend Kim from Carlton Hair Blue Route Mall i went for a hair service.Kim is very professional she works very gentle and has magic hands, i slept throughout the service(cut,blow dry) 10/10I love my new cutWill definitely go back to Blue Route for Kim

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the treatments are extremely overpriced, for a wash, trim, small treatment and blowdry I paid R1250… when I asked for what this would cost when i didn’t get an answer.
