Bought take out today and was really impressed. Fish done to perfection and chips fresh and oh so tasty. All nicely packaged and all in all great service. Will recommend!

I recently bought a meal from them at about 21:00 pm . The size of the fish was pathetic if you could call it a fish . It wouldn’t have fed a 5 year old. Very disappointing to say the least. A fishery franchise should have enough standard portions no matter the time. I can’t believe I paid for it . Should have checked before leaving

It was our first time buying from Fishaways and we had great service and enjoyed our meal thoroughly. The prawn pops boxes were perhaps the only disappointment as they didn't have the quantity of prawns we had hoped but rather a mixture of things in it.Overall lovely food and tastes though!

Bought calamari strips on 20/09/2017 at 19:30. Came in a small cardboard box which wasn't even half full. There were 5 small strips in the box which is a rip off for 25 odd rands. Taste fine but quantity terrible. Made me wonder if staff are not short supplying customers and putting the balance in their pockets as this quantity can't be right ?

Bought a hake and fishcake platter yesterday. Fish oily and mushy - definitely not fresh. Chips not crispy. Fish cakes clearly overcooked. Whole meal looked like it was not freshly done. Have had good food there in the past so what was up with the staff yesterday!!!!!!!!!!

Food and service was good. Eating utensils were not provided in the take-away. Would also like tartare sauce to be included with the fish.
