Ordered in drive through with special instructions. Confirmed with the cashier and staff packing the meal and they confidently confirm that they packed according to instructions. Got home and it wasn't right and things were missing.

Ordered a snack burger at drive through, had to park outside and take it back. There was no burger only cheese and lettuce, very disappointed as the service was fast and friendly

Overall happy with the experience. The order was correct and some items were freshly made others like the chips were a little older. The cashier was not too friendly but not bad. The overall look of the restaurant and wash up area was clean. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible with no limitations. Ample free open parking available for sit ins or use the drive thru. Close to main roads and has 2 separate entrance options available. Close the the Sasol gas station and Stormvoël toll plaza.

Second time coming there, online and in-store it's a 24 hour kfc, when you get there the staff is available but according to them it's not a 24 hour kfc anymore and don't want to help you.Take the 24 hour sign off then and correct online!

Thought I'd do a quick stop on our way for pops for the kids. Won't be back. I've never received such rude service. What an unpleasant experience!

Poor poor poor food quality!!I can't believe your staff thinks this is good qaulity food and it can leave your store like this.1. Ordered no lettuce and to add cheese. There was no cheese and still lettuce. I took one photo. I did not take a photo of all the burgers.(I paid for cheese and received no cheese)2. The chicken fillet/patty on the snack burgers looked like little fetuses, hard and burned.3. The chips was cold, oily and soggy and looked like it was fried again to warm it up.4. The pops was dry and hard to chew.5. Some of the chicken pieces was still bloody and had a weird smell.Literally the only thing that was ok to eat was the dunked wings.This was another terrible experience.There is no response from head office or the store itself.We threw out R380 worth of food.

They gave me enough time to make a choice before they bothered me by offering sevice. If you look closely, some of the employees smile at you. The number on google is wrong though.

Friendly fast professional staff. It was very busy but it went quickly. The food was also great fresh and well portioned.
