Pathetic service! Courier was supposed to deliver a package but didn't feel like getting out in the rain. Just marked couldn't deliver" on his docket and moved on to the next delivery. Tried to call to go pick up the package myself but nobody bothers to answer the phone."

We ordered 4 medium meals and received all of them small, it took 1hour and 30min for delivery and they dont check the meals to make sure its correct, 3rd time having bad service with Mr Delivery

Most useless food delivery in Rustenburg. Trying to use the app, it will tell me I'm out of bounds... even though I'm so close to Waterfall Mall. Absolutely and totally a waste of time. It would be better to just get the food myself. How can you call yourself Mr. Delivery and fail at delivering at all? Or is that why you changed your name to Mr. D? So as to not confuse people? I will never use this again and I will discourage as many people as possible from using this service.

I have ordered 4 Pizzas from Panarottis last night and when the pizzas arrived at my house 2 of them had been twisted and overturned in the boxes and the other two the filling of the pizzas was lying in the box and not on top of the pizzas. clearly the pizzas was not kept up straight. This was my first time trying out Mr. D, so not a very good experience. I will think twice before ordering from them in future....

Just ordered from Pedro's. The Mr D driver arrived with out the drink that I paid for this is unacceptable. We support your app but your drivers stuff up the order all the time. The last time it was the fries. What next! And it was paid for. So angry! You don't deserve Rustenburg support.

It was the worst service I have received ever. We waited from 18:17 until 20:20 more than two hours for delivery and to top it all the order was short a meal and what we did get was cold. We phoned the call centre number only to be served by unwilling and useless staff. They told us that the meal that was short cannot be sent because the restaurant was now closed. Simply pathetic. I want a full refund.
