If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point of operating hours if you don’t open at the correct time? Also, the service and the staff were not always very clued up or helpful (barring one lady but when the manager was there was quiet). Would recommend going to. Direct MTN store in menlyn park rather than waste your time here.

Superb customer service

Always great and friendly service

Had a great experience with upgrading my phone. The lady was very helpful and looked after my every need. They then put on a shield that should help protect the phone. After 3 days it stared lifting up on the edges. When I returned a few days later the same lady again tried to help me, which I really appreciate. I would give her 5 stars, but she could not fix the problem. She then asked Tristen for help and here is my issue. He basically accused me that it was my fault even after I assured him I followed the instructions given to me to a tee. NO SOLUTION ONLY ACCUSATION. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and quite worrisome as he is the manager and acts like this. Will not go back there because of him.
