Roxanne and Simone were very professional and had alot of patience with my 3 year old son even though he was a bit difficult at times. Overall had a great experience and would highly recommend.

This message serves to express my gratitude with with regards to my recent experience @ Ear Institute : Claremont .My first point of contact was Letitia and my what an Incredible experience not only was she was warm and helpful she took the time to listen to my need and advised me accordingly.My Grandfather John (85) and my Grandmother Maureen Domorog (79)went for to have her hearing aid tested.Letitia helped them and assessed it as requested.The Audiologist, Roxanne then took the time to see them and after discovering that they both needed their ears syringed she dropped everything and immediately offered to do it free of charge.Wow Letitia, Roxanne and Robyn went above and beyond to see to the needs of my Grandparents.Thank you for being a Blessing to the elderly may the Ear Institute Claremont and Neighbouring branches continue to be and make the changes that our World needs.May God continue to Bless and Favour your Industry and your families and may you lack no good thing ever.Take care and most importantly stay Safe#Exceptional experienceRegards ,Lee-Anne Adonis2.11.2021
