This afternoon I bought a Schwartzkopf product marked R99.99 from your Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth, store, and there was a large sign stating 20% off. Fortunately I was only buying this one item so when the cashier rang up the full price, I obviously noticed. A supervisor was called and the correct price of R79.99 was charged. Had a purchased more items I might not have noticed being overcharged. Why was the till not programmed to ring up the discount? How many customers have been taken for a ride by not being charged the discounted price. Totally unacceptable.

Booked a measles vaccine for a Tuesday and had to delay it by 2 weeks due to my daughter being ill. The sister even phoned and confirmed the original booking. Today (2 weeks later, Tuesday) the sister is clueless as to our booking, and no measles vaccines which is apparently only done on Thursdays and tells us to phone and book. Why online option then? Went to Dischem instead and they were so professional and helped us.

It would be nice if someone at Clicks Walmer Park actually answered their phone. I have tried unsuccessfully for more than 2 days to call them and got no reply after selecting the department I wanted.

Great service and friendly staff ... BUT ... the small packet of Simba chips were so stale they were soggy. The peppermint crisp chocolates were also stale. Very strange for a big store like Clicks.
