Horrible 0 rating, service, they ask to be paid in advance and yet no haulage is done day 2.5 is gone still waiting for our truck to be towed from pmb to verulam, teird writing emails, phonecalls no reply, after paying upfront for the service. Avoid or don't ever pay in advance

These guys help you out when you're in tiff with a breakdown. Friendly an helpful.

They are a very inconsiderate company who have no consideration for the residents of Hilton during the upgrading of the N3. There are alternatives

N3 Durban bound through the roadworks where the speed limit is 80. We are being flashed and hooted at in the left lane although we're going at 100. Such dangerous driving and completely illegal

Battery died on highway near Bergview.Gentleman from joey's towing saw we were in trouble and stopped and helped us get to the side of the road and organised jumper cables to get us going on our way.The two gentlemen were truly our guardian angels today.We cannot be more grateful.Thank you.

Towing Company allows assist the transport company and also the general public with car towing.. The staff are very well trained and always get job done right the first time.. That's why they always deliver are effective towing service on N3.

one star because there's no negative star rating . AVOID this companyVery poor service . Waited for longer than an our at my car. Phone call made at 10 and agreed to meet at car by 12 noon. driver only pitches up at 1pm. As discussed with telephone operator : payment can be made via EFT when most suitable . I had my car towed to breakdown centre . Then threatened by another person ( i think her name was Varsha) that if i did not give cash to driver my car would be taken to compound and released the next day once payment made even though on the first (out of 6 phone calls )it was agreed that i could make payment at my convenience. Very poor quality customer service! extremely rude over phone! do not waste your time with this companyAVOID THIS COMPANY

Thank you for the referral to City towing services. They were very helpful and assisted very quickly. I believe I would have been stranded by the roadside much longer...I cannot say much for the other company that we contacted....help was very much appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This experience alone was enough to make me MOVE TO AUSTRALIA. They completed the very simple task I paid for in advance a day late, making contradictory excuses the entire time, and only getting the job done when I drove from Durban to Maritzburg to go see them in person. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was about as useless as a lighter in a house fire. I genuinely almost had a mental breakdown because of them.In short: didn't have a great time
