It's ok if you have a limited budget.Not the top of the range place but then again their prices ain't top of the range either.

I had a box of tiles that was the wrong colour in between my other tiles. Whent back to the shop. I lost my til slip. They help me without asking any questions. Was surprised in the way the attendant whent about helping me. Top class

Good quality tiles at reasonable prices. Paint is relatively cheap at a cost obviously. Service fairly good. I give it a 3 star because of sour grapes regarding to the paint factor. But in all fairness check out the place.

We bought 21 boxes, 10 was damaged, they agreed to swap it on their expense, as this arrangement was made my husband told the sales person we is coming Saturday for the rest of the tiles as the square meters was worked out wrong and we ddnt get enough tiles. We got there and they ddnt have stock. The sales person can't even own up to his mistakes. We waisted money on a tiler and tile cuter for 2 weekends and he offer us R10 discount on the tiles, but we originally paid the price he offered, who are they fooling? He promised to get us sorted by Monday but I dnt have any hope.

I had the pleasure of buying tiles at the Tile Factory Shop. Friendly and efficient staff helping you on the floor and a great range of tiles at very good prices. I would like to single out Andrew , he was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me , when I needed extra tiles and with the delivery. Thank you Andrew, you are an asset to any company.
