Incredibly pleased with my experience. My order was processed quickly, I was updated regularly and when I had an issue with the thermostat (my own fault) Louis was a gentleman and assisted me with my connection and offered to replace the unit should it be faulty. Highly recommended.

I placed an order on the 4th of June. Since then the order has been 'processing'. I enquired about this order on the 9th of June when they claimed it got damaged in transit, although if that was the case no one bothered to let me know until I enquired. On the 12th I was told they would be resending and would send tracking info. . . and of course nothings has happened.
