I am very disappointed at the service I am currently receiving after spending over R20 000. I ordered built-in material that was supposed to be cut and ready by Wednesday last week they promised Friday on Friday they said Monday only to get there and find that they haven't even started. The manager didn't even want to entertain me. I feel undermined because I'm black. I regret every cent I spent there from the time I started building my home.

Had awesome attention from one of the shop floor ladies.From plumbing and electrical department I feel the staff really need more of schooling when it comes to differentiating work hours and responsibilities thereof. I literally had to leave the shop and look for the same item somewhere else, because this guy behind the counter and I suppose with his homeboy literally ignored me and the rest of the customers while chatting and laughing about matters not related to work. The guy behind the counter literally neglected his duties and instead chose to entertain his friend whilst on duty.

A world class hardware, neat, well arranged, easy to find items, dedicated staff items priced as they are in shelves, highest quality goods, the best quality over 50 years as far as i can remember, never shaken by other competitors presence around them. I travel more than 80kms just to buy from them.
