Unfortunately it's the closest to me so I have been there numerous times. The staff are always unfriendly and unhelpful.The deli staff never know anything about the food they are selling (flavour, ingredients, preparation time etc), they simply tell u that they don't know and attempt to move to the next customer.Cash withdrawals are ALWAYS an issue, they don't have cash, the cashiers give you attitude, they make u join multiple ques and then talk about you to the next staff member in isizulu. Really unprofessional service.

I did a cash back at the kiosk and was given a counterfeit R100 note. I brought it to the attention of the manager who was rude and arrogant. He denied that his store would have given me counterfeit money and abruptly said that it was impossible. He made it seem like I was a liar and opportunist who was trying to extort money from them even though I told him I do not expect him to give me the money. I told him that I was merely bringing it to his attention. He showed extreme lack of interest

Seriously dissapppointing: Went to the hot food section. There was, at the time 1 customer who was being helped.There were 3 staff at the bakery counter and 3 at the butchery counter.No one moved or even acknowledged my presence.A group of people arrived and they got served by an employee from the bakery side (so one cannot say they could not change sections). When I said I had been there first I was ignored.One should also add, given there were plenty of hands on deck they could have also assisted the rest of the group - but that requires a desire to deliver service, does it not?

Was at the bakery and asked the lady at the counter for Crispy rolls, I then realised I made a mistake and corrected myself, saying sorry can I have cones instead" this was done before she cud even finish packing my stuff. She was rude about it and said I should have said it at the start. As a customer

I generally find most of what I'm looking for here. The fruit and veg are very good and it is generally pleasant shopping at this store. The staff however are not not always helpful or knowledgeable when you can't find what you're looking for. I as well as other customers have also had issues with the price of certain items on the shelves and the prices at the till, especially when they're running specials, but I would still recommend shopping here.

First of all it's a safer shopping complex.I shopped there from1996..seen many different managenpments.From the store have improved in in improved in their variety of essentials ,dairy,meat ,poultry and fish department.There gave been innovations 8n the variety of frozen goods.Generally the staff are friendly and helpful.Their smart shopper card is a saving.

Only reason it got 4* is because they are renovating and it's a bit hectic, but it's going to be awesome.
