Thank you Bianca for putting together The Healthy Habits Challenge. It was beautifully and professionally put together and I loved your videos. Your interaction and feedback is appreciated. The challenge was a good reminder of the importance of good nutrition, exercising, sleeping etc. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to start their health journey and also to those who have fallen a bit off the bandwagon and ready to jump back on again. I am really grateful that I did one of bianca challenges.She really inspires a person.She doesn't give up on a person.My biggest take away is that I am not doing this alone everybody is struggling with being healthy.Just don't give up because the small changes really help.
