What a life-saver. The owners of Eddie Bell Motors went out of their way in helping us when we had car problems just on the outskirts of Hermanus. They were about to close early for their sons wedding but still took the time to assist us and get us back on the road again.All round pleasant experience - Highly highly recommended

After breaking down travelling from Stanford EBM waited for the tow truck to deliver my car late Monday afternoon. The next morning the car repair was done promptly at very reasonable rates- not even charging me for over nite storage. I was back on the road before noon confident that the car was repaired by professional and a very competent service team who went out of their way to provide fantastic technical and friendly service to me as I was travelling through the town.

Cannot recommend this business: A simple fix was needed. Inexperienced personnel were given the job - after which they broke an important piece that left the car not usable and needing a different repair. They then closed for the weekend at 3pm without caring that they caused the quick fix into a serious problem to last the weekend - and even said I guess you're stranded now" & "What must I do about it".Cannot believe the poor service on all levels and they should compensate for unnecessary losses caused. This is unacceptable and grounds for a fight according to the Consumer Protection Act if need be. Cannot recommend this business. This is an experience of a friend."
