I’ve been to this place a couple times in the last few years, most recently yesterday. They are nice and it is clean but the nail service is not consistent. We went for the advertised R79 natural express mani. I had to remind my tech to sanitise the tools. She offered to trim my cuticles but no one mentioned that would increase the price. That was fine but she cut me quite badly and I was bleeding and there should have been some intervention by management or something at that stage but not at Bella Vita! Also the paint was sloppy with bumps and air bubbles. I’d stick to massages here and not let them touch your nails!

Had massage 30 min back and neck. First off: got like 22 minutes, not 30… Second: the thing where you put your head on is too high which makes the neck tense instead of relaxed. There were also a lot of yawning during the 22 min massage…

Terrible service and completely unprepared and unprofessional.Made an appointment well before hand and came in on time for a wax. I made the appointment well before my other obligations, but when i got there they were entirely unprepared. After already waiting they revealed that the wax was entirely too hot and they told me to wait 5 minutes for it to cool but 15 minutes later it was still untouchable. They then asked me to wait an additional 15 to see if it cooled down or the other option they gave me was to come back later. i ended up having to leave because it was running too long. 0/10

Terrible. I walked in on no appointment. I asked for mani pedi with soak off. They told me they could do it.To sum it up, I spent 2 h there. Didn’t get anything done. Hands didn’t even starts. And my feet was getting pedi but didn’t even get to the gel part. The woman who was meant to do mine was with another client so they basically were stalling me for the whole time until she would be done.They asked me to pay full amount even tho I didn’t even get the treatment.I offered to pay partially and I did get some scrubbing for my pedi.Worst I was leaving for vacation and couldn’t find another place to get nails done in time.I suggest them to be honest, if you don’t have the time. Don’t take customers.

Due to the reviews and decent prices I tried Bella Vita's waxing and manicure. Unfortunately the prices reflect the quality of service.The wax used is very poor quality, I had leftover pieces on my skin and clothes afterwards. I also felt like the lady did not know what she was doing, same areas were waxed over and over again and the wax got peeled off so slowly that I could feel every hair being pulled out bit by bit. Half the hair must have broken off rather than being pulled out by the wax because regrowth started 2 days after the wax.The manicure was OK, not the neatest manicure but comparable to nail salons with similar pricing.The staff seemed very unhappy. Maybe they were having a bad day but I definitely felt like they did not want to see any clients.

Wonderful staff. Great specials on a monthly basis. The ladies take their time with pedicures and the products they use last for up to a month on your toes. Been using them for 3 years now.

After reading reviews, we had the couples massage here. The fees were inexpensive and they were surprised and grateful when we left a generous tip. If in the area, we would definitely go back.
