Always late! RAM couriers have never delivered a parcel to me on time. Phoned twice today and they guaranteed me thale parcel will be delivered before 5pm, yet it wasn't - no call from the driver either

Ram Courier Services are absolutely great. The driver that delivered my parcel, was extremely professional. He phoned to make sure I'm ready to collect my parcel and was polite and friendly. They even deliver after hours. Thanks for excellent service.

I have ordered a Rain SIM card, and it is suppose to be delivered by RAM. I tracked the parcel and found that it had arrived in Bloemfontein yesterday but then was shipped to Upington. It is now being shipped back to Bloemfontein. Why are you wasting my TIME RAM!!!

Still waiting for my parcel since last week, keep on sending messages that the parcel is out for delivery for several days but never arrive. They even call you on Friday evening after 8. Very bad service.

Very bad delivery time. I've had to collect my parcels at the depot more than once because they just don't deliver it even after several phone calls to enquire about my packages.Very disappointed in the lack of care.

Received an SMS that my parcel will be arriving before 5pm before a long weekend and was very excited. 5pm came and gone. Phones ring with no answer and no notice received that my parcel will not be delivered before 5pm. Not only is it disappointing, but the fact that the phones are not answered or that they let you know that you will receive you parcel without keeping to that promise, is just terrible customer service.
