Purchased a small lathe from MTO. Lathe came with missing thread dial which was an omtion from the manufacturer. They arranged a replacement by air freight and was delivered to me 10 days later. Great service. Thanks guys!

After considering all the name brands out there (Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf you name it), at the end of the day, it was MTO that won us over, not only with their competitive pricing but their outstanding service. They really listened to what we wanted and needed to achieve as a business, plus their after sales service has been nothing short of amazing!

An excellent supplier. I bought an old bridgeport mill from them. They serviced and fixed all issues prior to me taking delivery. They even helped with an instruction manual and continued to provide telephonic support o the machine. I have had no issues with the machine since taking delivery. An honest, reliable provider in an industry not known for either!
