Pathetic service and food quality - wouldn't recommend at all.

Terrible. Rather use any of the other 3 places to eat on the resort. We stayed for 5 days at the resort, and one night decided to eat here.Table setting was minimalistic with no decor item. No bread or roll served. Talked to the chef to enquire about what he believes is good before we ordered, and we ordered 2 of his recommended top 3. Food was bland and below average, service was slow and incomplete. We had to ask for pepper, and serviettes, and a wash bowl to accompany ribs, and to remove finished dishes from our table. Food was just thrown on a plate, no garnishing. Steak with 3, yes 3 potato wedges and thats all. Ribs thrown on top of chips. You want your food to look good before you enjoy it, this did not look good and did not taste good either.I don’t often write reviews, but this cannot go unheard, since we spoke to management but did not get good acknowledgement, so hence this public review.In comparison at the other 3 eateries on the resort we only had good experiences, so rather try them, we continued supporting those for the remainder of our holiday.

We made a reservation for the last day of our honeymoon. Hostess wouldn't let us sit at the table of our choice and the table remained empty until we had left.They just couldn't get the steak right, after sending it back about 3 times.The manager was really helpful and wasn't happy with the service from the kitchen.I loved the theme and setting inside but it was a disappointing food experience.

Terrible service. Items which are on the menu, waitress and staff decide that it's not available, waitress and fellow staff decide to have a merry laugh about the situation, management and senior management are called which results in total turmoil, arguments and screaming in the presence of all patrons. An hour later we are further informed that our initial order cannot be prepared as they dont have the ingredients.Disgusting service and management.

Under new management and don't deserve the old rating.Had the Tuscan burger and let me tell you it was the best burger I've had in the past few years.The bun, like a sesame freckled breast of an angel, resting gently on the ketchup and mustard below, flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. And then... a pickle! The most playful little pickle! Then a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce and a... a patty of ground beef so exquisite, swirling in your mouth, breaking apart, and combining again in a fugue of sweets and savor so delightful. This is no mere sandwich of grilled meat and toasted bread. This is God, speaking to us in food.

We reserved our seats earlier today and when we arrived there were no available tables so we got put at the top, upstairs where no staff takes any notice of you.We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our DRINK order and were only noticed because another couple were seated upstairs next to us, I'm sure we would have had to wait another 20 minutes for anyone to notice.We decided to give our mains order with the drinks as the service was so slow. On their menu they specify that you get a complimentary ice-cream and chocolate sauce with any kiddies meal but now apparently have no ice cream. When asking if we could have water, they apparently don't serve tap water only Bottled water, which is so unnecessary being in the berg they should have the freshest tap water! I then asked for them to bring some garnish for my pizza (being garlic, parmasan cheese and chillies) I was told they cannot do that???We have just received our drinks now and have been told NOW THERE IS ICECREAM??? My daughter originally wanted a milkshake which we obviously couldn't get because we were told there was no ice cream, and have just been given bottle water which we did not ask for.Honestly most disappointing service and poor communication. Would not recommend at all.Not even looking forward to receiving our food if this is the experience BEFORE....

Kiddies margarita might as well have been a frozen Dr Oetker pizza... Between the rest of the adults, we had the grilled chicken breast, blue burger and jalapeno burger. None were good whatsoever, do not recommend especially for the price you pay. If you want to charge the prices you charge, give us at least medium quality food.
