Dropped off a newly re sprayed car to be transported between JHB and PE.Photos were taken at drop off by us, inspection form done by their staff and noted, scratch on the chrome nudge bar and 2 dents on rear bumper, form signed and stamped by them.Car arrives in PE with various scratches and marks, car was obviously driven into something looking at the severity of the damage on the front side bumper.Same story, damage forms compared, differences noted, form signed off by their staff as well as me the collector and I was told to contact their claims department.I did so, over a 2 week process after being handed from Faith Khumbula to Marius van Zyl they finally say that this claim is past after me contacting them, I only ever got responses from them after at least 1 follow up with no urgency their side.Their response was short to the point labeling this case ''repudiated'', saying that the marks can polish out and that I must bring the car back for an inspection if I feel so or I should contact my insurance. They suggested I polish the damage on my bumper, which was on the bare fabric, somehow thats gonna make the paint come back.Overall damage on 7 spots of the car over about 5 panels and multiple chips to the bare metal on the entire bonnet, this car was just resprayed.All paper work and photos available as proof.Watch out, you get what you pay for.

Beware , my 32 year old cabriolet's bonnet release catch was broken beyond repair and ATC denied any liability nor compensation. My advice, use another transporter.

They damaged two of my tyres during loading which they do not deny, but they claim it is my responsibility and even though they damaged my tyres they sent my one email to say it is my problem and they are not willing to talk about it further. They said they consider they matter closed

The communication was fine. The tyres were damaged during offloading and they were not enthusiastic about helping me get the tyres pumped. We will still have to see if they will take ownership of the damaged tyres

Security were friendly & answered my questions.The office booked my son's vehicle in & efficiently dealt with our business.

They quoted us to take customers vehicle from Hatfield Pretoria to Ficksburg. We paid them for the service as per quote. They then informed us that the car is being dropped in Bethlehem and customer must collect it there as they dont do Ficksburg. Customers brand new car stood there for 2 weeks. Absolutely rude and arrogant, terrible customer service. Will definitely NOT ever use them again or recommend them to anybody.

The service was excellent up until I made payment. After that it was downhill. I was the one calling, emailing and sending messages on WhatsApp to them to enquire about the whereabouts of my car. I was told that the customer service lady( Genevieve ) will give me daily updates, which never happened. But wait it gets better, I wasn’t even informed that my vehicle is at the depot and ready for collection. I just decided to go there myself and discovered that it was there.The guys at the depot are really efficient.I will definitely not use them again.

Very bad unfriendly service at depot staff are slow and the aecurity is rude and unprofessional they arrogant pls dont ever pick your cars from the depot its a horrible experience they dont bother answering their phones and have a terible attitude
