If I could give this company a zero I would. I booked a session and their website was malfunctioning. Ten minutes before my session they inform me that it cannot go ahead. I give them feedback on their unprofessional approach in this regard and instead of apologizing they tell me they don't have time for this". If you're looking for professionalism and basic courtesy as a customer

My 2 sons age 2 and 5 attends Swimmattix and it's been awesome. The teachers (Mari) are very friendly and patient with the kids. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed the experience until he began to be extorted by the admin department to pay for classes we did not attend.Once this began we asked to end to contract to which point we were invoiced for 3 months of classes we would not be attending in the futureZWhen we explained we would not be paying for classes not attending because we have cancelled the contract, they decided to send us a lawyers letter.When we called to discuss the matter with Mike Pike the owner he didn’t have balls to discuss the matter with us to find a resolution but rather hide behind his PA.Such a pity how bad management can turn a great concept into a dodgy money grabbing extortion racket and quickly growing bad reputation.
