Worst service ever. Been trying for 3 days to get a formal quote out of them so that I can pay them for the window. They do not order until you have paid at least 50%. Last time I will ever use them.

The service was excellent and I like the fact that they respond immediately when you need them, the only problem is that here in Benoni there's no enough space for car parking so it's easy to get knocked by someone and even when it's raining we won't get help since they do their work outside,so I would like PG GLASS Benoni to have their own place and avoid destruction since it's a busy place

Tracker thru Discovery was fitted to the vehicle.We left after 90 minutes of waiting. The tracker lost at the the gate when we left.We had to travel back all the way. Time and money lost.Tracker is not working. Technician had to come out to the home.

3 days later and still waiting for a claim reference number. Northcliff offered the same service in half an hour. WHY so slow Benoni? Calling for 2 days and no one to answer the phone!! My windscreen is dangerously cracked and you don't seem bothered at all!

There was nobody to help with a claim.I was told by the technician to come back at another time! Weekends are the time that most people have time to attend to business like cracked windscreens etc.
