I've send my phone in for repairs but received it back with the same problem. Vodacom repair Fourways send me the job no 20363644. Why wasn't it repaired after waiting a long time for my phone back?

Trying to reach the branch manager with no success. I have a critical issue which involves this store and an employee relating to possible fraud. The contact number just rings off the hook. They sell phones for a living, but cannot even answer their own phones ?

FRAUD ALERT!!!! no stars, They commit fraud in this store, I don't even live near brits, but they opened 2 contracts on my vodacom account and changed my profile to the new accounts.

I went to pick up my phone for wich I stood 3/4 of a hour waiting. Later I went shopping to give her more, when I went back she stil didn't find it. I'm sure after this Vodacom will courier my phone as our address is on your system.
