This was a flawless experience on a very special day. We had a birthday lunch and the food was delectable and the service impeccable. Nothing more to add to that. Just stunning all around.

First time in years to this restaurant. It has probably even improved in those years! The food was amazing, service very good and they cater very well for gluten intolerance! We will be back!

We had high tea at this estate...it was 4 courses with the pics attached...the area where high tea is served is not the best but it's ok...I would have preferred it being outside in the gardens etc but it was not a choice when we booked...the courses itself are good but I would not sat excellent like the mount Nelson as they set the bar...you are always given two of each till the last course which you get 4 small cakes...the teas are good & an expierence...the high tea at hohenort is not really an experience but a normal meal with different course...Hohenort cellars is absolutely stunning...the gardens are really beautiful & worth a walk...I would advise that high tea be done in the gardens or somewhere more scenic like the main restaurant...

This is our new secret place!!Really romantic and intimate. We went on a random Sunday and the staff really made a plan for our impromptu picnic in the garden.I can't wait to go again in winter when loadshedding strikes for a bottle of wine by the fireplace on a quiet wet evening

Hello there.A lovely place to chill, coffee or high tea. But 3 course meal is a definite ;)Enjoy with friends, family. Best to come as a group as there is a small path for you to work if you get too stuffed from eating their delicious meals.

My friend and I went for my Birthday celebration to the Conservatory Restaurant for breakfast and it was amazing. The setting, food and service was beyond my expectations. Our server, Mr Passion, truly made us feel welcomed....Plus the gardens are really beautiful. My first time visiting and will most definitely not be the last. Looking forward to try lunch.

This is such an amazing restaurant. We ended up coming back again and again !Food quality and quantity is perfect, while being well dressed in the plate. A delight for the eyes and the mouth.Service is irreproachable and environment is very beautiful and peaceful.

I had the pleasure of visiting the wonderful establishment for dinner.The experience was delightful. From the minute we arrived - the table setting was beautiful overlooking the gardens, the staff were professional and our waiter, Happiness, was extremely accommodating and made our evening special.As for the food, all the dishes from the fresh breads, amuse-bouche, the well-plated mains and desserts were absolutely delicious. The apple tarte tatin was a favourite, paired with the rum and raisin ice cream. The team also went out of their way to prepare a Congratulations plate, in celebration of my sister graduating with her PhD.Thank you to the entire team for making our evening special. We looking forward to visiting again - possibly for tea during the day, overlooking the lush greenery.Best wishes,Vikash

What an absolutely delightful High Tea my mom and I enjoyed at The Conservatory in Constantia. We were treated like royalty by incredible staff, and there were so many mouth-watering delights served, that we ended up taking home a box full of bite sized cakes to enjoy later.The gardens of the Cellars Hohenort Hotel is a piece of art! There is not a leaf out of place and makes for a stroll in their gardens after tea definitely worth it! The entire time spent there, from the time we stepped out of the car, until we drove out - was faultless!
