You guys are disrepectiful to to your customers. We had no internet in northgate heights the all day and you cant even bother to communicate the issue with your PAYING CUSTOMERS. PATHETIC!! The last time i had an issue ticket 2838312 it took 3 UNANSWERED CALLS, 2 answered and rude agents and the 7 days for technicians to come and fix

Worst possible customer support. You stay in the line for ever only to get answers like the reason you dont have internet is the fiber is down" or " I dont know I will refer you to a different department.". They cant elaborate on what the problem is. If the line is down they can't tell you whether its maintenance

Inconsistent speed, more often than not slower than what you sign up for.From a price perspective I don’t see why you need to pay for poor service and slow speed where other Top Rated ISP’s can give you more than double the speed (and service delivery) for the same price.Rather steer clear than deal with this rubbish company. I’ll be cancelling as soon as the mandatory 3 months are up.There’s a reason they not even listed on MyBroadband Top ISP’s

We had our service installed at Eagle Canyon. More than a month later and still no internet connection. Support number never answers out of business hours. If you are a home customer this does not help because no one is available to provide technical support after hours. Really disappointed and if there is another service provider available to customers you probably can’t do worse than TITC.

TITC how do you run a service and NOT answer your phones. There is no Broadband in broadacres and your line just rings until it is disconnected. I realise you ignore calls since December and no longer take technical support calls. Maybe it’s about time one thinks of another service provider.

Very bad service, the router was active yesterday afternoon and this morning is off. I spoke to support this morning and they told me to reset the router and they will call me back and no one did. I called again afternoon they said that will log ticket and send tech on Monday. Now I had to buy date for Friday and will do same on Saturday, Sunday. Imagine I have paid R1439 FOR installation this month fees and November. I wish I did not pay the invoice. Please I want my line up today or come take your router and bring my money back.BD-109-BA-5-E / Belal alnajdiLine was off on Friday morning and today is Monday afternoon and there was no feedback and no one came to fix it

We had no choice as they were the only providers of fibre for our complex. I was so excited to get fibre and finally leave our useless adsl service. Wow. I never expected worse service, rudeness and a lack of any form of administration. Excuses for lack of range and speed, and just general lack of any enthusiasm to help. So disappointing. Don't waste your time.

R899.00 for a 10mb line??????is their basic package.the price is higher for anything else.I find the price to high and further more I find your sales department not enthusiastically selling. Offered very little incentive to be a client and simply wanted to send me an order form.The price is actually a rip off and the attitude shows me that you are not deserving of any business.You dont have any uniqueness to offer. Pathetic.

Very good service. The call centre staff answer almost immediately and emails are answered within the hour.Hope they can keep it up and I would highly recommend them for home fibre.
