Dis-Chem Baby City Centurion

Went to Baby City this morning. Staff was very cold and rude and could not care about the word Service. The lady at the till seemed to be annoyed and could not hesitate to just sigh. If she could roll her eyes at me she would have.

Love the nurse at baby clinic, he was calm and explained everything ❤️ staff were friendly too.

The store has a great variety of products on display which makes the shopping experience much easier, and the employees are super friendly.

I always support Baby City. And I purchased all of my baby items at this store. Nappys ; baby formula ; cot ; pram ; car seat; bottles everything. But the last time I went there to exchange an item (Co sleeper) that was to small for my baby I phoned and they told me as long as the box and the item is still in good condition and I have the slip. They have no problem taking it back. I took it in and at the store the lady in charge was so rude to me, she told me what in inconvenience I am to them and that i opened the packaging wrong and she made me feel so bad. I feel with a heavy heart that I don't want to support or go to this store again. She did how ever take the item back as the box and item was only 3 days old since the day of purchase and she could see I only took it out and put it back in the matres was even still sealed. Very bad experience and I'm very unhappy of how I was treated.

Be careful of dirty products on the shelves.. especially if you may need to return it for a different size. You will be accused of returning a dirty product and end up in an argument.

No return policy, they insist on giving vouchers even if you want to return a present, even if you don't need or want anything at their shop. They just want to take your money one way or the other.If you confront them about this they tend to get very obnoxious and unfriendly. Rather shop somewhere with good service where you know you can return gifts or faulty products for it's monetary value, and do so without tears and frustration.

Good selection and prices, cashiers and management are useless.

Staff are very rude. I greeted the cashier and kindly asked for assistance and she just ignored me as if I'm not speaking with her. I greeted her goodbye and still no response. The manager / owner is very very rude. Only polite person was the security guy in front.

The guy working at the baby clinic, he has no idea what he is doing. Please do get rid of him.Unprofessional and Unfriendly.He is sitting there just because he got the job. He has no interest, and if you ask questions he does not know or just does not care.I understand he is not a dr.. but the lady Bonnie who was there the 1ste time and assisted us knows more about what is going on and what she is doing and she is so friendly.Bu

Absolutely fabulous shop and the staff are always so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend
