I am so lucky to be one of Afrox employees it is sooo amazing it's like my second home

This must be the worst service I've experienced in over 20 years. Cancelled the account in April 2019. Afrox confirmed cancellation and collection of bottles were made.Afrox however continued to deduct debit orders. We eventually managed to block the debit orders. Now Afrox is threatening via debt collectors for outstanding payments, when in fact Afrox owes us money!Then we got absolutely no feedback from our mails sent to customer service... Just delete that mail account, as it seems you're not really using it. And when you have to hold for over half an hour just to speak to someone who can deal with the issue there is a big problem in your structures. Close the company or get competent people in charge of key roles.

Easy to find, signage on all their gates to clearly and easily find the right place
