I wanted to arrange a surprise for quests on their arrival at the resort. I phoned the resort to enquire if this would be possible. My call was answered by a very friendly lady who was most helpful in making such an arrangement. Without having ever visited the resort, I felt it prudent to create this review for the positive and caring reception I received in dealing with my phone request. I assume this approach must augment a positive environment guests experience when visiting this resort. Next time we are in South Africa we will visit this resort. Louis and Joane Vally

Our time there was nothing short of exceptional, From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and neatness of the entire facility (not a spider or web to be seen anywhere. It is evident that the team goes above and beyond to maintain high standards of cleanliness, which greatly enhanced our overall enjoyment.I must admit, prior to our visit, I came across a few negative reviews here. However, I am delighted that I did not let those reviews sway my decision.Our personal experience was far beyond our expectations, and we were thrilled that we trusted our instincts

The Baths offers a variety of accommodation choices from chalets to flats to camping sites. Some chalets and flats have private Jacuzzis as a bonus. Very tranquil place to unwind and recharge especially in the hot water pools. Only negative for me, and this is my personal choice, I would have given rooms 5 * if it had a TV just for the evening when things quieten down before bed. Other than that, a place that must be visited.

Nice Place but honestly R1,900 a night over weekend? Rather stay in Cape Town, least you get a breakfast included. Not worth it for Self Catering

The Baths Natural Hot Springs
Chalets and tent/Caravan resort. Situated in a ravine along the mountain, surrounded only by natural vegetation and rock formation, a stream flows through from the springs and is safe for the kids to play in. Nice restaurant and small convenience shop. Braai facilities all over. Bigger family units have their own hot-tubs. Big hot pool as well as a cold water pool. There is a multi jacuzzi building each with its own room. The resort is clean, lots of parking too. At the top of the resort are rock pools that are amazing as well as a few smaller rock built tubs. This is a get-away, chill deluxe and kick back resort. The night sky is spectacular.

Was so tranquil! Our room was very modern and neat. Had a private tub that was amazing and water was hot. Made use of the outside shower as well. Everything was completely private. Room had aircon and had a fully equipped kitchen. The hot pool was fantastic, brought back memories when I was there as a child. The rock pools weren’t so far off. That too was absolutely peaceful. A great getaway to detox and break away from all the noise. Definitely going there again.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful unspoiled resort with its natural surroundings. Everything neat, clean and no loud noises. Unfortunately our bathroom was up a spiral staircase, which isn't old people with knee problems friendly. I feel they should ask or say something when you book. Also, we only got to be in the beautiful baths once, as when we got there again it was empty, my dissapointment was huge, I guess it's due to Eskoms loadshedding. Besides a few spider webs and the unbearable fishy stink fridge, I can't fault anything. The restaurant really amazed me with their quality food, friendly and helpful staff, all better than most restaurants these days

The resort is beautiful, pools are amazing. However, we barely had much space in our house (Dwarsgebou). We were 4 in the house. No couches to relax, no TV. Would have preferred to stay in a house that was spacious.

Had such a stunning weekend at The Baths. The chalets are perfectly located and so beautiful. The jacuzzi was hot and ready when we arrived. There is so much on offer here. Will definitely be back

Great experience! Staff are very friendly, facilities are 5 Star, all this surrounded by nature. What a surprise it was for us, we did not expect this, I travelled the world and The Baths compare with the best place I visited globally.
