New development on the outskirts of East London. Low water tariffs but water supply is still borehole. Oceanic views from the complex, walking distance to the beach, SAPS and Kiddis beach Pry School. 24hr security.

Such a tranquil residential area, a walking distance away from the beach, just a bit far from retail stores, although this is being fixed as a new shopping complex is being built in the area.

Lovely place to stayKids play freely and in the last 5 yrs of my stay I have heard very few incidences of crime within the estate
