The worst Waltons branch Ive ever had to deal with. With every order placed there is an error, they don't have half of what I need or the staff member I'm dealing with barely understands me.

I placed a order online with Waltons to get the necessary stationary for my kids to do their home schooling during lockdown, and it's been an impossible endeavor for them to deliver the required items.If I knew their service was going to be as bad as I've experienced it, I would have gone out to get the stationary myself, but I've paid already and now I'm stuck without the money, and without the stationary.Pathetic, we are trying our best to obey the lockdown rules, and if companies advertise home delivery, they should be able to do it, without the customer having to follow up multiple times. I spoke to a person at Waltons to query the delivery, and all he says everytime is that he is going to get back to me, which never happens.EDIT: The items have arrived, and 2 out of 3 items damaged, just what I needed, all faith in Waltons lost

I buy all my stationary at this place due to good service and affordable prices.

I have always found this store to be very confusing. I can never find what I am looking for in it.

Their office hours say they are open until 17:00. On numerous occassions though, the store is already closed when I get there at 16:30 to pick up stock which I ordered. Their responses are slow and I have to contact them to follow up on orders, they seldom contact me. Mistakes on invoices take long to be sorted out.

Very bad service and staff seem not to be trained in the products they stock.

Provided a good solution. Also responded positively when I asked for a better price. They gave me a significant Pensioners discount. Well done

Small, not much stock and very pricey, goto C&A or P&A, much better service and will priced

Great on the stationary, limited office furniture selection, since it's a smaller store. Always friendly and efficient, though. Usually worth stopping in.
