I took my VW Polo in for diagnostic test and 150 point check.The car had a major service e.g. oil, all filters, plugs, radiator flush, water pump and V belt replacement.I was also battling to change gears and they discovered that the gear selector mechanism was faulty and replaced it.I'm very happy with the service, they have attended to all the issues that I was worried about.They also advised me on other issues that needs attention on the car as well.In closing, I want to thank Mr. Siphesihle Ngcobo (Mapholoba) for his professionalism and dealing with a very demanding customer you deserve a 5 out of 5.Well done keep up the good work, let's keep on building our customer relationship, see you soon.

10/10 for Customer Service and Work done on my Hilux.Meeting and the liaison between the front desk folks, to the owner and mechanics, I truly am impressed with the personal service, friendliness and customer care that is taken by all at Alpha Auto Clinic.The parts used are of top quality and their pricing is very reasonable and cost effective.On recommendation to save money, it was suggested that I purchase the spares that they require (Alpha advise you of list) directly from their Part supplier.
