Luvo took control of a tense situation when my daughter and her friends were involved in this accident. He saw to it that they were safe, and took them to their place of accommodation. He secured the vehicle and had it transported the same night to the assessors. He kept us informed the whole time and waited for me to get there, which was an eight hour drive, before he took the vehicle to Queenstown. What a genuine and good person. Thank you Luvo!
