I bought a family meal. The menu said 8 pieces of fish I only received 7 pieces...I also asked for extre calamarie strips they didnt give any extra... Dispointed

Im here at Fishaways wetton circle .service is absolutely pathetic. The black female cook is shouting at the top of her lungs and preparing the food whilst not wearing a mask. A second cook female cook came to assist her whilst also not wearing a mask.

Really disappointed with the level of service received.I bought a good life meal for 2, but received a piece of fish short and no coleslaw. I tried to call the number on the slip but on 7 occasions the call was dropped.Eventually when Yonela took the call I asked her to get somebody to call me as I was tired of trying to call them back.I received a call a few minutes later but the phone only rang for 2 seconds. I assume this to be fishaways trying to get hold of me again but I cannot confirm. This.

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our experience when we ordered from this particular Fishaways. I will now tell you why.The owner of this property had true vision when establishing three different eating franchises together under one roof and in one building. I had been craving a nice n lekker beef burger, my wife had been craving for fish and rice, and as usual my daughter wanted pizza.This normally poses a challenge to buy 3 different food items from 3 different places.To our surprise, we entered Wetton Circle's amazing food joint and eating house. We were totally amazed at the convenience of this place. We were able to purchase all 3 food items from one place because Steers, Debonairs and Fishaways can be located under one roof at Wetton Circle.That was just about the convenience part. Moving onto the quality of the food, my family and I have been to several Steers, Debonairs and Fishaways. Never have we tasted such excellent products and quality with such warm and friendly service from all the staff, that made us feel like we were right at home.Definitely a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating from my family and I.Well done to the team and keep up the amazing service delivery and superior quality of products.

Food was delivered fresh, hot, and packed with flavour! I’ve definitely found my new go-to daily lunch meal! The Hake hot pot was divine!

I ordered the promotional CRUNCHY hake and chips with coleslaw .. x2 meals. Order placed at 18h37 unable to track delivery due to technical error on their side. I phoned the Wetton circle branch at 7pm and queried my order. The guy said the driver just left and he will be by my place within 30min. So I wait until 19h45 also tried calling back but nobody answered my call about 6 times... for the delivery. When it arrives the driver hands me a parcel wrapped in paper bag drenched in oil and asks ME to check if the order is mine. Coleslaw falls out of the very wet paperbag that was broken by the very very drenched oil wrapper Very very disappointed when I opened the parcel. Onion rings were soaked in oil with the fish and THE FISH AND CHIPS HAD NO FLAVOUR WHATSOEVER tasted like old oil. Will not be patronising fish aways Wetton again. It is astounding how food like this can be served to someone.
