Complaint about steers, got a reply to leave my details on the web site, did that, got no response back, complaint again, still no response, as the mother company, please do some efforts in making sure your brands take accountability for there mistakes and poor quality food they serve.

I ordered a pizza at Debonairs sunnypark Pretoria , the pizzas came wrong . I was not happy at all and I called the manager he said that is their quality , and the one I see on the app is for advertisement from head office of famous brands so they will not be the same … the guys was failing to solve the problem he kept defending his shop that even if they make another one it will remain the same . I have eaten the same pizza before it was never like thatPlease resolve it , it is not cool to eat something and you are not happy about it . Just eating because you paid

Your store in the Rosebank MallPlease understand I feel as though it's my duty to let you know that the food we had at your store in Rosebank was absolutely disgusting . I ordered chicken breast with veg and salad . The worst ever .Chicken was cold and paper thin -and hard. Veg cold and absolutely tasteless, the salad was made last week for sure.You have the best spot in the mall, your food should compliment the position. Shocking food, friendly waitress who couldn't help me, she offered to take the food away, the damage was done.
