Very poor service,we walked into the store & the staff didn't even bother to greet or attend to us.They continued with what they were doing ,we were invisible to them.Wont recommend the store to anyone,being in Sandton city ,it looks like they only attend to the rich & famous.Poor Service

Have remodeled the place and looks nice but lost some of the charm. However, product is still the same high quality which at the end of the day is why one goes there.

Beautiful store for coffee lovers. Coffee bar to taste the flavours you wish to. Also sells the Nespresso machines, coffee capsule holders and the Nespresso range of coffee cups and saucers.

Excellent product!Not friendly service from the sandton store. No one asks to help and when they do they don’t smile or answer your questions.

Disappointed with our visit on 18June2022. The gentlemen was finished serving a customer, we were waiting at the counter he didn’t even acknowledge us, greet us or offer to assist. He continued to unpack boxes at the counter infront of us. The staff make you feel as though you are inferior yet you own a couple of Nespresso products. We had a query and he still didn’t greet, ask us how we are etc just gave us a card with a number to call. I won’t be visiting this store again poor customer experience.

Since i bought my vertuo next machine a year ago, Sandton branch was the only place I've gone to until today. I had to wait for stock and when I wanted to pay the machines weren't working. Took half an hour for them to tell me to get cash. Another 20 is minutes later I come back with cash and there's no change. Disappointed

Cannot do without this amazing Nespresso Shop in Sandton City. Staff always friendly, attentive and quick to assist. Beautiful layout and the best coffee around. Remember to ask for your free cuppa coffee when you have made a purchase.
