I was at Coricraft in George on the 4th September. I saw the cushion costing R399 and having discount of 15%.When I went to pay I was told that I was no longer that amount the manager acknowledged that it was their mistake by not changing. I must buy with R499 or I must leave the shop. I was harrassed. They shouted at me, the guy who was they bang the counter with a fist. I was harrassed

Paid an order on a wednesday and was promised to recieve my table on the next friday. Never happend then was promised for the next friday. So i phone them for them to tell me there is no stock but they where quick to get the money out of me.never ever again no one phones you if you dont phone them you wouldn't here anything when i was in store the lady by the desk was on her phone the whole time instead of making sure that the product that you pay for is in stock.

Wish there was an option to give them zero stars to reflect their non-existent after sales service. They are quick to demand full payment in advance, but once they have your money your problems start. Ordered a couch and was told it is going to take 8 weeks. Phoned them after 8 weeks to be informed it will take an additional 3 weeks. Called them again today to be told it will take another 2 weeks. No explanation offered, no communication and ZERO service.

Directly AFTER paying for an order I was informed that is will take 12-18 weeks to receive the order as aposed to the usual 4-6 weeks. I canceled the order the following day and waited more that 3 weeks for the Coricraft staff to process the paperwork. We had to chase them several times to just do their job. They are very keen to sell you something, but have zero after service and an extremely questionable work ethic.

The staff in this branch are incompetent and disinterested in delivering service to customers. I ordered and paid for a carpet six weeks ago and was promised delivery by 27 May. There is a 3 week delay, but no one even bothers to inform me.

If I could give no star I would have- worst service ever and no answering of phones when you need to know what is going on because of lack of service, lack of organising with couriers and lack of information. Go to any other Coricraft branch, but give this ons a skip .

Coricraft in George deserves to be commended in so many ways. Thank you to Gareth and Janis for going above and beyond the call of duty to make a finicky client like me as happy as can be. I cannot recommend their level service enough. Truly superb!

Coricraft George is dishonest. Received a quote for corner couch for R23999.Was advised by their sales person to wait for the May 23 promotion. Then they inflated the price by 20% a day before the so called promotion. Now they dont want to assist and their call centre and custemor care are useless. They are blatent dishonest.

Very poor service. Ordered 2 couches for black friday sale. One delivered and the other we have been told will only be ready last week of March. Payed in full for both couches. We need to chase them down on a daily basis to find out if one of the other stores have a matching couch on a regular basis. Would rate zero stars if possible. Last purchase from this store.
