I'm not satisfied with the service given by Multichoice Paarl. The assistant on the far left as you enter the store is miserable, unfriendly and should not be there. She is not a good ambassador for the brand. She shows no interest in her Customers and is very unfriendly. She never smiles or hardly greets you.My brand new decoder is faulty and she promised to phone me when the new decoders come in. I'm still waiting. She tested my decoder and said there is nothing wrong with it. I said it freezers and we have to reboot every morning.The store Manager is an asset to the company. She is always willing to go the extra mile and Super Friendly. Unfortunately this assistant is spoiling it for her.I do not enjoy going Multichoice Paarl. It's a nightmare.Charmaine E

There are not at least 5 chairs for the elderly to sit down. Please put some outside the entrance door. Please have a exclusive telephone system installed. At monent the number on the website belongs to another company. Thank you

Adele was the name of the service consultant❤Lovely how she assisted me as quickly as she could because it was just few secs before 12h00(load shedding)and she wasn't panicking or anything,friendly with amazing smile...customer service ratings 10/10...
