After what seemed to be very helpful agents soon left a very bitter taste in our mouths as first time home owners. Absolutely no accountability and blame shifting. Firstly finding out that the Levy disclosed in our otp is actually higher and now that the Registration is through we get told it's the owners fault for not giving the correct figure.Also upon signing the otp all light fixtures and plugs were to be in working order , also to find out after the sale that Is not the case at all. This was a quick easy sale and now that the parties involved have their funds it's easy to pass the buck. I was excited and thought as a first time buyer we would be looked after only to be left feeling taken advantage of because of not knowing any better!

Been passing the buck for over a year. Waiting to have the deposit paid to us for repairs on our rental property. No accountability. No professionalism. Do not recommend.
