Bidvest Sky Lounge - Cape Town International

I felt so previliged to get the chance to enjoy this luxurious lounge. The ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely and helped me with a smile. I liked the variety of breakfast options a person has. From fresh fruit, to muesli, pastries, savory, and even something warm for those who prefer a warm breakfast.You can also grab whatever you would like to drink. The couches are quite comfortable and you can enjoy the view of the sunrise on sunset depending on the time of your flight. Or you can just watch planes take off and land.For my first premium lounge experience it really made me not want to ever have to fly economy again. You can also monitor your boarding time while you enjoy the great view and delicious food.

We as vegetarian didn't have much option so we requested Chef ncumisa to make some vegetarian sandwhich option. She was so kindly to make them for 7 of us and it was with s smile.Extremely happy to see such services for vegetarians where we have limited options. Once again thank you for your gesture chef and the team members.

Expensive, at R430!For the price, I was expecting more, to be honest.The staff do their job, no more no less than required. Perfunctory politeness.The food, what's offered, is fine. Good coffee!The place is very clean, which during Covid, is important

Three stars.Food options were nice but no actual meal for vegetarian or vegans. The only meal was beef lasagna … not sure why as other Bidvest lounges have much much better and more food options.Staff seemed a little limited. Not coming around often.Wifi was good and fast of course.There are nice tables designated for working.Alcohol was self serve … including having to open bottles of wine because no one was checking them.Bathrooms extremely clean.

Great lounge like everyone I've been to with this company. Good selection of beer, friendly check in staff and relatively clean.

We all know that feeling when you loose your bag at the airport and immediately panic rushes through your body. Today that happened to me at Bidvest Lounge. I addressed the staff and personal about the situation and they bolted into helping me out. The General manager and the Assistant manager raced pulled up the CCTV footage and showed me second by second what happened as we tried to trace back my steps and find my missing luggage. We realised that it never entered the lounge and that I left it somewhere elsewhere, which spurred me into retracing my steps and finally finding the bag at a bench area outside. I would like to applaud all staff at bidvest for being so helpful and accommodating. They were amazing and so friendly! This is the service I love. Thank you

Wow! This one of the best lounges I've seen.Clean spotless! Great food & super friendly staff!The food was fresh & beautifully presented!Lots of airports need to see this and learn what a good lounge should be & look like.Please stop using plastic to wrap small cheeses. We need to do everything possible to avoid single use plastic.

Very clean, nice and quiet.Lots of alcohol and drinks which can be enjoyed, comfortable seating spots to relax/ work.Wi-Fi is strong, charging ports easily accessible. Tasty food available as well. Staff is friendly and constantly cleaning after each guest.

They have oversold space in the lounge so you need to queue for 30min just to get in.Here a few months later, waiting in line again. Covid restrictions have been lifted now, right?And what I mean by oversold, is that you are partnered with so many loyalty programs so that they can offer airport lounge access, but not run the numbers to determine how many passengers per flight / day that would result in.

One of the best Lounges I've been to! Lots of food variety: local rusks, olives & artichoke, butter chicken, delicious butternut & feta pate, to name a few. I've never been to a lounge that let you make your own drink, full open bar. Comfortable seating with the option for a nap. Work stations. Really pleased!
