A company that needs a detailed look into by PSIRA...From buying grades,to not conforming to regulations, to having contacts at department of labour,CCMA,police,,,A definite look into by public protector and NPA should uncover...

I am terribly dissapointed I phoned them last week Wednesday to come and look why our alarm cannot be set at night The lady that answered the phone and told me a a technician will phone me within the next 20 to 30. I am still waiting. I never had bad service like this before. I have a good mind and to go back go ADT. Never had problems with them. ADT was always a phone call away and if they could not fox it we had a technician on site within no time. Tonight will be a week that we will be without a alarm. If something goes wrong I have the names and dates who I spoke to. Absolutely disgusted with Algoa you can learn people skills from ADT. I rather pay more for monitoring with ADT than getting this type of service from Algoa.

Service has dropped. Pointless leaving messages, as no one gets back to you, and the attitude on the phone when trying to explain something. Very disappointing. Algoa security can learn people skills from Atlas.

Just signed up with them and they doubled debited my account. In trying to make contact found the online contact info. to be incorrect on Google. When I finally got the correct details. The phone was repeatedly put down on me at 8 30 in the morning. I thought that would be a 24 hour service? I sent an sms to the number asking to make contact which was also ignored. Finally on getting hold of staff later yesterday I was agrued with about the online info. being correct and told I should have gone on Facebook or to the direct website.... Not Google algoa security". How might I find your website without googling it? I told the manager lady to just Google your own company name which she responded saying she does not need to. I did get my double debit refund back quickly which was appreciated. Just found Tammy and her manager very arrogant and rude. Not a great experience out of the gates."
