They have a good variety of stock but their staff is not too knowledgeable on their products. Service is average from guys on the floor, it could be better. Cashiers do not have good communication skills.

I visited this store on the 27th December 2020, week before last. I was looking for a quotation and the staff was extremely uninterested in helping me. They (Fencing Department) were worse and that's exactly the department that was supposed to help me. As much as I hate playing the race card but, the white guy over there made me feel as if I was there to beg for food/cash or something. I mean he was so uncooperative and bored that I felt that I should just leave. Yet as a business owner, my company is a burmeister cardholder. We're entitled to be afforded a quote when we request one by producing the card. I'll never go there for business again.

Location and parking good, the sales chap in the paint department was friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me make the right choices.Recommend Burmeisters B/B to anyone looking for friendly service and assistance when busy with DIY at home.

Great store for building supplies and DIY supplies, it's got absolutely everything I can think of, the prices are really good, really competitive to what you'll get at these places selling cheap supplies but you're sure to get great quality here.I still think Builders is lots cheaper and offers just about the same level of quality, also their store has more supplies for DIY, landscaping and decorating, it all really depends on what you're looking for.The staff is awesome too, they are all welcoming, very helpful and warm.

What used to be an excellent hardware that I frequented up to 4 times a day as a builder, I now avoid at all costs. Long loading delays, inept staff, useless security who lose your invoice and blame you. Shocking how much this once great store has gone down

Went looking for LED globes and side lamp light fittings. Found the LED globes but not the side lamp light fittings, which don't seem to be easily available. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices were good.

Clean storeWell packed goods on displayStaff could have been better informed on how to answer queries perhaps refer to another staff member who has been there longer. A flat out NO on a qty query is not helpful
