Blink and you’ll miss it. We tried it at an odd hour, and there was only one other person in the restaurant. Small. A little awkwardly structured. A bit dark. But the food is great!First ate: 25 April 2022I had the chicken in oyster sauce. Definitely going back for this.4 / 5

This afternoon I ordered Veg Rice Noodles and Veg Dumplings for a late lunch through Mr D. Absolutely delicious food and good quantity for the price - specially for the rice noodles.This is probably the most flavorful noodle dish I've had in Cape Town. The steamed dumplings were very good as well (although I ordered fried dumplings but since the steamed were tasty - it's okay). The dips they sent were tasty and paired well with the flavor of dishes they were accompanying.They sent a little toffee as well which reminded me of my childhood days in Indian villages.Overall a very nice lunch. Highly recommended.

As a Childhood friend of the owners son, I remember growing up around Uncle Mok’s cooking. He’d host big lunches with mass amounts of Delicious, expertly prepared food for everyone. I was so excited when I heard he was opening up his own restaurant.The sauces are homemade and incredible. The produce is fresh. The food has so many years of experience behind it that we are lucky to have access to it.A truly magical place, don’t miss out.

Their Duck and pancakes is possibly even better than Mr Chan's. The duck sauce is exceptional and the best I have ever tasted and they give you loads of cucumber and spring onions. The duck itself is bursting with flavour. My only complaint is that I ran out of pancakes before finishing any of the above. 20 pancakes and this would have been my perfect duck dish, but sadly only got 15.
